This series is designed to bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, and marketing enthusiasts to share insights, strategies, and experiences from across the field of sales marketing. Through open discussions, collaborative activities, and case study analysis, participants will explore emerging trends, effective communication techniques, and innovative approaches to engaging audiences.
Across the 4 workshops, we will explore topics from a range of important business subjects to explore best practise principles, develop ideas and exchange insights from a range of sectors.

Workshop 2 – Social media marketing(11th May, Newcastle, delivered by Gardiner Richardson)
Workshop 3 – Understanding and improving your customer journey & experience (19th May, South Tyneside, delivered by Interdigitate)
Workshop 4 – Sales in a digital era (RE-SCHEDULED DATE 3rd June (location TBC), delivered by Spear-heads Ltd)
These sessions are intended to participatory and to ensure that participants get the most out of each session, we have limited the sessions to a maximum of 30 per session.
In workshop 2; we will cover topics such as:

- Sharing session / discussion. What works for you?
- Facilitated group work to create content (our team will be on hand to support)
