Role Summary:
You will be the power behind our purpose. You will be part of a team who seeks the stories in the data, showing a window into the youth mindset. We are looking for experienced or young talent ready to learn skills and show their best in a company of passionate professionals.
Main duties/responsibilities:
1. Your duties in our Market Research service:-
- Interpreting a client brief providing expert advice and building out a survey for the client to test and approve
- Data cleaning, understanding the logic of data structure and checking the data quality, finding extremums in data
- Converting Excel files with data in SPSS format (add labels, multiple answers etc)
- Preparing the tables (in Excel or SPSS) according to the technical request from Insights
- Running significant tests and supporting the other additional calculations to meet Insight’s needs
- Report writing on the findings, with data visualisation and narrative.
2. Database operations (SQL based):-
- Data queries into the central database for custom counts and insights
- Conducts analytics for projects
- Work to keep our centralised database of youth data in good order

Education/Experience/Knowledge:
Essential
- Experience of data analysis (surveys, media data etc)
- Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), Power Point (charts)
- Experience with SQL
- SPSS general understanding
Desirable
- Experience with syntaxis creation for SPSS
- Extensive experience in education, youth audiences or employability media
- Experience of working effectively with a CRM and Survey Platforms, we use Salesforce and Typeform
- Bloomreach data analysis
