A forwards-thinking company are seeking a Graduate Information Analyst to join their growing Management Information Team, where you’ll be responsible for delivering timely and accurate data and reporting tools for business users.
This is a home-based Fixed Term Contract as a maternity cover, and will last somewhere between 7-14 months. It’s a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate with some existing SQL skills to get their foot in the door with a reputable company and gain some commercial experience.
We are looking for someone with some existing SQL knowledge (either from a University degree or commercial experience), who is keen to gain exposure to newer technologies including SSRS and Power BI.
In this role you will be involved in developing and administering Elysium’s Power BI Analytics platform, and will lead by example when it comes to the accuracy and validation of the work you produce. You will engage with business users to demonstrate the benefits of good data integrity and informatics, and will go the extra mile to promote data best practice across the organisation.
This is a really exciting opportunity for an ambitious data professional to kick-start their career, and you will even have the chance to work towards Microsoft qualifications in line with the role.
Requirements:
- SQL querying skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Any experience with SSRS or Power BI would be desirable but not essential
Benefits:
- Salary of £22-32,000, depending upon experience (pro-rata)
- 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
