IT Report Analyst | Circa £26,000 | Merseyside – Remote | Permanent

As IT Report Analyst you will:
- Support the delivery of operational projects
- Work with managers to translate business needs into reports
- Create KPI reports for various teams, managers, and trustees
- Sit in on stakeholder meetings
- Revise reports for business needs and translating them into physical reports
- Make recommendations to improve processes, workflows, and reports
- Carry out scheduled compliance and performance monitoring
- Support colleagues to understand and interpret MI and reports
We are looking for someone with a combination of the following skills:
- Minimum of 2 years in a business systems analysis related position
- Experience of system administration, configuration, and support
- Advanced reporting, data analysis and system support daily
- Proficient with SQL e.g., able to write complex queries
- Strong database skills – tables, views, functions, stored procedures
- Confident with reporting tools – SSRS
- Excellent working knowledge of all MS Office packages
- Analytical skills, able to identify data issues and make changes
