We are an engineering services organisation that delivers cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for a talented and driven BI Analyst to join our team and help us leverage data to improve our business performance and customer satisfaction.
As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting, transforming, and analysing data from various sources using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Supporting the development and implementation of data quality standards and best practices
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to understand their data needs and requirements
- Identifying and resolving data issues and anomalies
- Researching and learning new technologies and techniques to enhance our BI capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree or qualification in IT, data science, or a related field, or
- equivalent experience
- A good understanding of data analysis, modelling, and visualisation concepts and techniques
- A working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Excel, or similar tools
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A curiosity and passion for data and analytics
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
